Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Glow Grid. We appreciate your business and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your lights, we’re here to help!

Returns

• You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
• Please include the receipt or proof of purchase with your return.

Refunds

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Exchanges

• If you need to exchange an item for a different model or due to a defect, please contact us within 30 days of purchase.
• We will cover the shipping costs for sending you a replacement product.

Shipping

• You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
