Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free shipping on all orders over $100 (or your preferred threshold).

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to selected countries. Please check at checkout if your country is eligible.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or other U.S. territories.

Damages and Lost Packages

We are not responsible for items damaged during shipping. If you receive your order and the product is damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at Glow Grid within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will assist you in tracking down your package.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Glow Grid is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
