- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

- Free shipping on all orders over $100 (or your preferred threshold).

Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or other U.S. territories.
Damages and Lost Packages
- We are not responsible for items damaged during shipping. If you receive your order and the product is damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
- If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at Glow Grid within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will assist you in tracking down your package.
